Welcome to BrandMyBake. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Custom Printing & Artwork
- Color Accuracy: Please note that colors on your screen (RGB) may look different when printed (CMYK). While we strive for accuracy, slight color variations are normal in custom packaging and are not considered defects.
- Proof Approval: For custom orders, you will receive a digital proof. Once you approve this proof, production begins immediately. We are not responsible for any spelling errors, wrong dates, or design mistakes identified after approval.
- Production Tolerance: Due to the nature of manufacturing, final bag dimensions may vary by +/- 2mm, and order quantity may vary by +/- 5%.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Stock Items: Unprinted, stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom Orders: Because they are made specifically for you, custom printed products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. BrandMyBake is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, you warrant that you have the legal right to use all images and text. You agree to indemnify BrandMyBake against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement arising from your design.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BrandMyBake be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
